Chandima Wijekoon is an experienced professional with more than 15 years of experience in the information technology and digital business sectors. Her expertise includes software engineering and development management, project leadership, strategic planning, and financial management in leading multinational companies.
As CEO of PT Bukit Teknologi Digital, he leads the company’s strategic direction, revenue growth, innovation agenda, and digital transformation efforts. Prior to his current role, he held a number of senior leadership positions at Axiata Digital Labs, including as Vice President of Sales – APAC and Country Director, where he was instrumental in regional expansion and business growth.
He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from IIC University of Technology, an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, and has completed advanced studies in Computer Science at London Metropolitan University.
Ricky Tudjuka has more than 18 years of experience in the IT field, especially in cloud environments, digital transformation and on-premise infrastructure. His leadership and deep technical expertise continue to drive the company’s technology development initiatives. Ricky Tudjuka now serves as Head of Technology at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital since 2023.
He has been with PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama since 2005, holding various positions such as Analyst Programmer and Data Center Operations Superintendent, with his last position as IT R&D Manager. Additionally, he was involved in strategic digital initiatives with Microsoft Global Services and led the launch of the company’s first use of AI for maintenance using Azure Cloud.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Tarumanegara University.
Alvin Wiradja has more than 17 years of experience in the professional world, especially in program management and digital products. His leadership and deep technical expertise continue to drive the company’s product development initiatives. Alvin Wiradja now serves as Head of Product at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital since 2023.
Before serving in his current position, he served as GM of Program Management & Product Delivery at GOTO & Moka for 4 years. Apart from that, he also served as Sr. Principal Project Manager at Blibli.com , Product Lead & Founder at Goapotik.com and Sr. Business Analyst at Dexa Medica Group.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Bina Nusantara University and Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
Alimuddin Sodding has 17 years of experience in the mining industry. He now serves as Principal of Asset Management at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital since 2023.
Before holding his current position, he pursued a career at PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia as an Equipment Engineer and Senior Engineer. Apart from that, he has also been with PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) for more than 10 years holding the positions of Plant Operation Manager, CoE senior specialist to VP Product Asset Management.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Hasanuddin University and Industry Training from TAFE Queensland. He is also a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
Andreto Tri Gunardi is an experienced professional with almost 2 decades in the mining industry. He currently holds the position of Head of Business Development & Comm AU at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital since 2023.
Before starting his current position, he joined PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (Office of the Board of Directors from 2018 to 2022. He also served as IT Business Analyst Dept Head and HR LOD Dept Head at PT Freeport Indonesia.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University and a Master’s degree in Management from CAAE University of Indonesia & Pierre Mendes, France.
Yulia Elizabeth S.L has more than 16 years of experience in the fields of Talent Management. She currently serves as Subject Matter Expert (People Management) at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital since 2023.
Before serving in her current position, she had been with PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama for 11 years, holding various positions such as Superintendent Performance & Talent Management, People & Organization Development Specialist to Office of the Board of Directors. Apart from that, she also had a career at SOHO Group and PT Iforcharcom.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Maranatha Christian University and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Atma Jaya University.
Karen Ichsan has more than 18 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation in various industries. Prior to her current position, she served as Head of Project Finance at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama and Head of Finance, Accounting and Tax Department at PT Adaro Power.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Accounting from Tarumanagara University and a Professional Accountant from the University of Indonesia. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant in Accounting and Finance in Indonesia.
Our People
Okky Rizki Rohayat is an experienced professional with over 8 years of expertise in the IT and mining industries, specializing in business/system analysis and product development. Since March 2023, he has held the position of Product Manager at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital.
Okky began his career in IT as a Business Analyst in 2017 at an IT consulting firm. He later joined PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama in March 2020, where he held various roles until February 2023, including SAP Functional Analyst – Plant Maintenance, System Analyst, and Lead Technical Product Manager. He has been involved in the development of various products, such as e-Procurement systems, SAP enhancements and integrations, Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) systems, and Asset Management platforms.
Okky holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Universitas Indonesia.
Nurhalim Kusuma is a professional with over 13 years of experience particularly in Human Resource Information System. He currently holds the position of Product Manager (People/Human Capital Management) at PT. Bukit Teknologi Digital since 2023.
Prior to his current role, Nurhalim was part of PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) starting in 2018, as HRGA Process & Technology and Business System Superintendent. His career journey also includes a period at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology from 2012 to 2018, where he began as a Management Trainee and subsequently became certified SAP HCM Consultant.
Nurhalim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ITS Surabaya.
Fildansyah Ihsanuddin is a professional with 6 years of experience. He currently holds the position of Product Manager (Safety, Health & Environment) at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital from 2023.
Before starting his current position, he joined PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) from 2018 to 2023 in several roles as SHE Analyst, Environmental Officer and Management Development Program. He eventually joined PT Bukit Teknologi Digital as Product Associate before serving in his current position.
Fildansyah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Bhetta Age Saputra is a professional with more than 14 years of experience in mining heavy equipment maintenance. He currently serves as Principal of Data at PT Bukit Teknologi Digital.
Before assuming his current role, he held various positions related to mining equipment maintenance, including Reliability Engineer, Plant System Development Expert, and Plant Data Scientist. He has earned numerous accolades in innovation competitions within his previous company group. He initially joined PT Bukit Teknologi Digital as a Subject Matter Expert before advancing to his current position.
Bhetta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Indonesia.
